I know I look like a total slacker for not posting very much lately. And to be quite honest I've recently started to procrastinate a lot. Yet there have been some projects that I've been involved in and which requested my undivided attention. So, since these projects are the reason behind my lack of blogging, today I decide to share a couple of them with you.
First, that the request of a very dear friend, Catalina Manaila of Band Contact Agency, I did the fashion styling for a Romanian pop music band, HiQ. Florin and Mihai, the original members of the band, have two new band members, the lovelies Georgiana and Vicky, and thus they needed new official band photos. Do check all of them out here, I'm looking forward to reading what you think of them!
Second, the other day I took my first baby photos. Again, to be honest, I'm rather scared of babies in general, and children especially. Yet Maria Sofia is my parents' goddaughter and her mom's a good friend, so I decided to give it a try. And I do believe they turned out rather well, especially as she has such a friendly personality. Happy Children's Day for tomorrow!
Stiu ca arat ca o pierde-vara pentru lipsa de postari din ultimul timp. Si ca sa fiu destul de sincera, recent am inceput sa procrastinez foarte mult. Insa au fost ceva proiecte in care am fost implicata si care au necesitat intreaga mea atentie. Asa ca, de vreme ce aceste proiecte sunt motivul din spatele lipsei mele de blogging, astazi am decis sa impartasesc unele dintre ele cu voi.

In al doilea rand, zilele trecute am facut primele mele poze unui copil. Din nou, ca sa fiu sincera sunt destul de speriata de bebelusi in general, si de copii in special. Totusi, Maria Sofia este fina parintilor mei si mama ei este o buna prietena, asa ca am decis sa fac o incercare. Si cred au iesit destul de bine, mai ales de vreme ce ea are o personalitate atat de prietenoasa. O Zi a Copilului frumoasa pentru maine!

i just wanted to say a proper thank you on the previous comment on my last blog post. it really meant a lot hearing feedback like that and some thoughts that i hadn't actually thought about. 2 people including you mentioned the first image actually looked like a painting and i didn't see it till you mentioned it. but you're so right, happy accident?! i guess this is one of the charms of not planning things, the painting is growing on me and i will be doing some more soon...stay tuned(i just need to buy some canvas')

I'd like to do some styling too :) I like that you kept it simple, the band looks very friendly.
I'm not a big fan of babies either, but there're exceptions. This one looks pretty cute.
It must have been hard to photograph her, babies can't just sit still. Liking how the pictures have turned out!

Theoretically I don't care about babies, but when I get close to one I'm in looooove; especially if they are family members (which is why I did break my no babies or other cuties rule once.
I think your pictures have turned out exceptionally well. I especially like the 3rd one.
